advised. His Excelleney, that the Law

Should be allowed to take it's Course.

The Order made, under the provisions of ~

Ordinance N9 of 1857, prohibiting Hoo- chief Magistrate

eth cheong, a suspicious character; - from residing or being within this Colony

for the term of Five years from the 12th Instant, was submitted; and approved..

The Council then adjourned.
